Russian man cracked down free speech

MOSCOW-Police gave a russian man a suspended sentence for what they called being"scum ' for posting extremism on the net. Bloggers are warning that this could be a movement restricting free speech on-line. It is believed that it can start a precedent that could create laws squeezing free speech.

I am sure laws are changing fast here is America as we deal with more net crimes and free speech issues. I can even see a revamp of the constitution do direct address free speech and the internet. Could the internet be considered a world issue rather country to country? I am interested to see what comes of this
and see how effects other countries an net laws!
